1 oz Campari
1 oz sweet vermouth
Tools: mixing glass, barspoon, strainer
Glass: cocktail
Garnish: orange zest, lemon twist or cherry

.5 oz Preserve Liqueur
.5 oz Grilled Lime Juice
Top with soda water
Serve on the rocks

Preservarita

1.5 oz Preserve Liqueur
.75 oz tequila
.05 oz fresh lime juice
simple syrup
Preparation: mix all ingredients in cocktail shaker. Shake and pour over ice-filled margarita or rocks glass. Garnish with lime wheel and raspberry.

1oz Pineapple Juice
1oz Lime Juice
.5oz Falernum
.25oz Grenadine
3-5 dash Bitters
Preparation: Mix in cocktail shaker, shake vigorously, pour into ice-filled glass.

Ginger Berry Spritz

Riverhorse on Main
3/4 oz Preserve Liqueur
Muddled fresh huckleberries and mint
4 dashes Lavender Bitters
Splash of Ginger Beer
Top with Pierre Sparr Cremant d’ Alsace Brut Rose
 
Serve chilled on the rocks in a white wine glass.
