.5oz TyKu Junmai Ginjo Sake
.5oz Licor 43
Fill with fresh iced tea
Dash of fresh lemon juice
Orange twist garnish
Serve on ice in rocks glass

simple syrup
.5oz lemon juice

Directions: Burn 2″ rosemary with match in a rocks glass, muddle 2″ of burnt rosemary, 2 mint leaves, a dash of simple syrup, add ice squeeze .5 oz lemon juice into glass, add Lafeyette Bourbon. Shake well and garnish with a mint sprig and rosemary sprig.

4 sprigs fresh Lavender
Top with Soda Water
Garnish Lavender and Mint

Combine all ingredients, except soda water, in cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously, strain into ice-filled Collins glass, top with soda.

Preparation: mix all ingredients in cocktail shaker. Shake and pour over ice-filled margarita or rocks glass. Garnish with lime wheel and raspberry.
