While Rob sergent, the head distiller, was studying during his informative college years he was also skiing in the Alps on the weekends. During these trips to the mountains Rob discovered that each town had their own twist on a digestif that was consumed post-dinner. Upon moving to Park City to live that local’s mountain lifestyle he was inspired to create a Park City twist on the European classic.
It is a 100% kosher corn spirit that is bottled at 50% alcohol by volume. The botanicals (Spanish anise, green tea, peppermint, ginger, lemon balm, cinnamon, nutmeg, wormwood) are added to create layered, complex flavors and to aid the body with digestion. It can be consumed on its own or in a great cocktail.
