Alpine Distilling Gin Experience at 350 Main is a fun and intimate way to learn about the art of distilling and history of Gin, all while expanding your aroma sensory skills. The Experience takes place at our micro-distilling location in historic Old Town Park City and includes a four-course dinner by 350 Main’s chef Matt Safranek.

A friendly introduction to our copper stills, hand made in Portugal by a 10th generation craftsman. Your still of choice will have a hand in your personal gin creation! While your batch is cooking, we will walk through the history of gin, distilling, and the science of aroma sensory.

Four Course Meal
Alpine’s micro-distilling facility is located at the historic Mercantile Building located at 350 Main in beautiful Park City. Upon arrival, we will meet at the 350 Main’s bar before moving to our facility downstairs. Once in the facility you’ll get to choose which botanicals you feel compelled to distill into your very own gin.
There are 4 stills available for this experience (2-3 people per still)
You don’t have to fill all of them. Experiences are meant to be social, so other travelers could join too.
This Experience includes alcohol. Only guests who meet the legal drinking age, 21-years-old can attend.
If Alpine is notified of cancellation within 24 hours of purchase, or up to 30 days before the Experience, you may receive a full refund.
You can reschedule the date or time of your experience up to 72 hours before the experience start time.
Hosts make every effort to continue with their experience as scheduled. Should bad weather conditions create an unsafe scenario, the host may cancel the experience. Should this happen, Alpine Distilling will work with you to provide an appropriate refund.
